Bourbon Whiskey (90 Proof/45% alc/vol)

Old Monroe Single Barrel Bourbon is crafted from our signature blend of corn, winter wheat, and barley malt and aged in charred Missouri oak barrels. We only use grain grown on our 8th generation family farm in Columbia, IL and fresh limestone well water to ensure we produce the highest quality spirit possible. Each barrel is individually tasted and selected for bottling to make sure only the best bourbon makes it into each bottle.

Tasting Notes: Rich caramel and vanilla, toasted oak, mellow and round with a long finish.

Old Monroe Distiller's Select is your way to tap directly into our rick house. These barrels are incredibly limited and are the best of the best. Barrels for this program are hand-selected by our team and retail partners wishing to purchase an exclusive barrel of whiskey. Below is a list of our current Distiller's Select barrels in the market!

Total Wine St. Louis Bourbon Whiskey - Selected by Jim, Heidi, and the team at Total WIne. Barrel proof, wheated bourbon...enough said! 60% corn, 30% wheat, and 10% malt. This bourbon puts it right in the wheelhouse at 116 proof and is everything you are looking for. Complexity, finish, flavor, and a bit of heat. This barrel will be available in the Brentwood store.

Dean's Liquor Collinsville Rye Whiskey - This is a big rye full of fruit and spice! The color on this whiskey is unbelievably dark. At barrel proof, it comes in at 119.5 proof. The angels took a big share of this barrel, concentrating all of the flavor into just 96 bottles! Make sure to stop by Dean's Liquor to grab a bottle!

Total Wine Fairview Heights Rye Whiskey - This was a low entry proof rye whiskey that drinks like an archeological dig! It has layers and layers of flavor. At barrel proof, this whiskey is only 103.1 proof. The mash bill was 100% rye and is SURPRISINGLY fruity for a rye whiskey...it almost exhibits some characteristics of a brandy. This was the first barrel selection by Heidi and the team at Total Wine for their new store. Make sure to pick up a bottle at Total Wine Fairview Heights before they are gone!

Stubborn German BWS Rye Whiskey - This is one of Adam's favorite barrels he's ever made. The recipe pre-dates Prohibition and cosists of rye, malted rye, and malted barley. This rye whiskey clocks in at 119.6 proof and is incredibly complex with a nice long finish. Available only by the pour at Stubborn German Brewing in Waterloo, IL while supplies last!

Unbroken Vodka  (80 Proof/40% acl/vol)

Soft and silky smooth. Unbroken vodka is distilled from 100% family grown corn (making this gluten free) on our 8th generation farm in Coumbia, IL. We take the extra steps to make sure only the heart of the heart makes the final cut. Our vodka is filtered through a custom blend of activated carbon to give it an incredibly refreshing character. (Naturally gluten free)

Unbroken Peach Flavored Vodka  (70 Proof/35% alc/vol) - Seasonal

Soft and silky smooth. Unbroken vodka is distilled from 100% family grown corn (making this gluten free) on our 8th generation farm in Coumbia, IL. We take the extra steps to make sure only the heart of the heart makes the final cut. Our vodka is filtered through a custom blend of activated carbon to give it an incredibly refreshing character.  After we hand-craft the perfect vodka, we infuse it with fresh tree-ripened peaches from Eckert's Orchards  in Belleville, IL. This vodka is sure please and is one of our best sellers!

Unbroken Green Apple Flavored Vodka  (70 Proof/35% alc/vol) - Seasonal

Soft and silky smooth. Unbroken vodka is distilled from 100% family grown corn (making this gluten free) on our 8th generation farm in Coumbia, IL. We take the extra steps to make sure only the heart of the heart makes the final cut. Our vodka is filtered through a custom blend of activated carbon to give it an incredibly refreshing character.  After we hand-craft the perfect vodka, we infuse it with fresh tree-ripened Golden Delicious apples from Eckert's Orchards  in Belleville, IL.

Eighth Gin  (80 Proof/40% alc/vol)

Eighth Gin is incredibly approachable and unlike any other gin in the market. We use a proprietary blend of 5 botanicals from around the world to create an remarkably smooth and complex gin that is easily enjoyed on its own or mixed in your favorite cocktail.

Old Monroe Pecan Pie Flavored Whiskey (60 Proof/30% alc/vol)

Old Monroe Pecan Pie Flavored Whiskey is a seasonal blend of our unaged whiskey, toasted pecans, brown sugar, and white sugar. Warm and bold, this Fall & Winter staple is best enjoyed when surrounded by family and friends. This unmistakable whiskey is distilled from grain grown on our 8th generation family farm and fresh well water.

Old Monroe Lemon Drop Flavored Whiskey is a lemon shakeup in a bottle...oh yeah, plus whiskey! This blend of our unaged whiskey, lemons, and sugar is the perfect mixer for a light and refreshing drink. This seasonal whiskey is distilled from grain grown on our 8th generation family farm and fresh well water.

Old Monroe White Whiskey is whiskey in its rawest form. This whiskey has come straight off the still, was proofed down to 100 proof with fresh filtered well water, and bottled. This unaged whiskey was distilled from grain grown on our 8th generation family farm and fresh well water.
